Random Thoughts
…on the new evolution.
For thousands of years, as far back as written words on pages can reveal, the species of humans have been working on expanding their thinking. All of our modern day advancements come from these logical minds, a store house of measuring and memory, developed and passed down over time. Each generation offering the old ways with fractionally more complexity. In the last couple decades we’ve decided to call this process technology, but like all things, it’s limiting.
I find among us, often standing in silence, a select few who have expanded past this mind view. They have attached themselves to something greater than monetary wealth converted from time and personal decisions. They fear not death, but know it’s all they’ve ever had, as it’s implicitly connected to this life we’ve been granted. Among us are some who live within that which cannot be measured, such as peace and love, without division. Knowing within each breath is spiritual abundance, they have already begun our next evolution.
Although it sometimes feels like a returning, rather than forward moving, getting back to a place with no bits or bytes, certainly well before the memories from a human life could be stored on a flash drive. An existence where answers were only found by the soul’s search of the stars. When we lacked an understanding of the everything else, and all that could be focused on was self. In that darkness with two eye’s upon the sky, looking for an answer to that familiar question all have felt. “What am I?”
In that answer, our next evolution resides. I won’t be here to see the results, but I’m happy to be part, and witness, this beautiful process.
